None - does not exist. They might answer after a dozen requests - but will totally fail to address your issue. The only guy that responds is named Chris. I think "Chris" is living on a beach somewhere drinking Pina Colada's!

The entire host was down for one week last December. Their security certificates expired last year & have not been renewed.

Was able to accomplish this myself. I did email one question however that never got answered which I figured out myself.

Beware - I think OL7.com is a scam. My Ip address was repeatedly used by spammers which kept getting my email address put on the blacklist at AOL, Comcast.... I learned from the company that was renting OL7 these IP addresses, that OL7 was "failing to reverse their IP's". I could rarely get a response to a trouble ticket - & when I did, it never addressed the problem (& only came after at least a half dozen requests). After ol7 was completely down the week after Christmas, I canceled my monthly subscription with them, (& sent at least 5 or 6 notices to this effect & received no confirmation). Naturally, I am still getting billed....
