Tried to call, got answering machine. Sent it support tickets, they were never answered. On line support chat is *always* down.

They have problems with billing, often not being able to bill your credit card due to problems on their end. My April 2008 bill was automatically billed my credit card, yet claimed I never paid. Couldn't get help as tech support isn't there. Email access was cut off, I finally got through to someone (I had to call while I was at work, on my employers time) Tech person wasn't friend, gave a half-hearted apology. When I told him I was canceling, he just tole me to contact customer service. His attitude was terrible.
