I do like inMotion hosting. The account setup was fast and easy, and I have only experienced one bout of downtime, which was very short. The prices are also fair for the hosting and webspace they provide.

The person I chatted with from customer support was not very helpful. He made me wait a long time before answering me, and I had to prompt him again before he told me to "Please wait." After he finally came back, he gave me a stock answer as to when my server would be back up, and offered no further information. Now, the server did come back up quickly, so I am still happy with inMotion, but a more aware support staff would be helpful. Making me wait without telling me "Please wait" at first is not something I like. I had wondered if our connection had gone down!
