I was skeptical of this company at first. I had never heard of them before and so I didn’t know what to expect. From my experiences since, I don’t know why I had never heard of them since. They are a very good company to work with as far as uptime, pricing and overall easiness to deal with goes.

Account Setup Feedback

I don’t care for the way that Midphase has their websites laid out. I like to be able to visually compare two hosting plans on the same page but they have it set up so that you can only view one hosting plan on each page. To me, that is a waste and is only frustrating having to click back and forth. It took me well over half an hour just to pick out the hosting plan that I needed!

Host Reliability

I have not yet had a problem using Midphase hosting and I hope that I never will. My websites load fast and they are always online. As long as that continues I will continue to use them.

Pricing Info

The price the Midphase hosting charges is the only reason that I started using them in the first place. It is a very attractive price structure that is hard to beat anywhere else. I have since told other people about Midphase and feel that with their reliability at this price, they are well worth looking into.

Final Host Comments

Other than a few gripes, Midphase has been very good. Certainly better than any other webhost that I have ever tried before or since. I use around five or six webhosts at any one time so I always have backup plans running but I am thinking of moving more of my websites over to Midphase.

When I talked to the young man on the phone, he answered my questions correctly but didn’t know some of the answers. He had to go ask a supervisor or go look it up. While I do appreciate that he made sure he told me the correct information, I think that he could have been a little more informed.
