MidPhase Review
Here is what ken had to say about MidPhase and the overall experience with their web hosting service.Someone had recommended this host to me. I was dubious of its 700GB/1TB hdd/bandwidth (and now unlimited).
Initially things were ok but the quality has just gone downhill from the inital setup.
I should have listened to my gut. This host is unreliable with bad Customer Support and Slow servers. My site takes about 30-60seconds for each page to load. This is unacceptable.
Unfortunalty Im locked into their contract but will not renew! I took all my live content off and just use it as a storage dump untill the contract runs out.
Account Setup Feedback
My welcome emails didnt even have the site cpanel, username, pass included.
Their script was buggy and had templated text like #PASS#, #SERVER# instead
Host Reliability
Sites been down several times in the past. Site is exceedingly suggish and painful to use

you get what you pay for, cheap hosting, cheap hardware, cheap support.

Never will I host with midphase again. Never will I ever recommend them to anyone

Takes multiple tickets to get one issue resolved. Slow response to tickets.
Techs seem not too bright. Took 5 techs to fix one subdomain/domain-addon problem I was having.
Complaints about the server being exceedingly slow is met with exeedingly slow help. In the end you will just get a "wait it out" attitude from the support
