I have been with midPhase for about two years, last year June my sites on win01 has been down for 5 days.No email,no web site & no FTP. They are not even able to say when the site will up. so I force move to Linux server, but they still change me with 2 years old Windows plan price ($179/year) and not give refund for 8 months of windows plan/ Linux service.(from 06-2008 to 01-2009) call to Billing Department they say need to investigating why win01 server crash last year, Are you kidding me? Now they suspended my account. Stay away from this company
