I was turned on to Hostgator by some prominent posters on a popular webmaster forum. I needed a reseller hosting account from a hosting company that I could rely on and not have to monitor 24 hours a day, being as I am a law school student as well. All signs pointed to Hostgator and I have been happy with them since the day that I signed up.

Account Setup Feedback

I remember the day that I set up my reseller hosting account with Hostgator. I didn’t think that I would know what I was doing and mess something up big time. However, the process was very painless and when I needed help their customer service department bailed me out right away.

Host Reliability

I know that if any of my customers had a problem then I would get a phone call or an email right away. I’ve never had either since I’ve been with Hostgator and I don’t expect to. Additionally, I trust all of my main income websites to Hostgator and I can honestly say that I don’t worry about my customers getting error messages when they visit.

Pricing Info

Who cares about pricing when the service is this good? Well, I do for one! Seriously, though, Hostgator’s pricing is surprisingly good compared to all the features and benefits I get with them. I don’t care if they doubled my rate tomorrow, I would still stay with them because the piece of mind that I get with them is utterly priceless.

Final Host Comments

I know that everyone is busy these days, but since I’m trying to juggle law school with internet entrepreneurship, I feel that I’m exceptionally on-the-go. When I look for solutions for my business, they need to be ones that I can rely on no matter what. Hostgator provides that for me with no questions asked and that’s the reason that I am recommending them here.

Hostgator’s support has been absolutely incredible. I’ve always been kind of suspicious about companies that I find online but this website hosting company is easily the absolute best that I have ever come across. I prefer email to the phone since I have long classes and study sessions so my correspondence is sporadic at best. Hostgator always comes through with a prompt email with concise answers to my questions.
