Simply awesome. We’ve trusted some of our most important web sites with Midphase and some of our biggest clients’ websites with them also. I can’t believe that I didn’t start using them sooner than I did.

Account Setup Feedback

Seriously, there has been nothing easier than setting up an account with Midphase. I can’t think of anything else to put here other than the fact that these guys really take care of their customers, no matter how new or how small their hosting package is.

Host Reliability

Like I said up top, I trust all of my important websites and my most important client websites to Midphase shared hosting. They have never let me down and I honestly don’t think that they will. They’re a great hosting company.

Lately, they have had problems with servers going offline because of a complete datacenter relocation. Other than that though, I've been satisfied, especially since they gave me a free month :)

Pricing Info

Can I give these guys an 11 here? Seriously, I have no idea how they make money. I’ve seen a couple of webhosts that charge a few cents less or maybe a buck but no operation that I would trust. Midphase gives me the best of both worlds: a great service at a great price.

I don’t often go out of my way to write company reviews, but I do value them when I am thinking of buying something. That’s why I went out of my way to write this review on Midphase. Great hosting for a great price and they’re there when you need them.

I’ve called Midphase quite a lot, actually. But I cant think of one time that it was due to a problem that was their fault. Actually, I think that they should be complaining about me because I may call them too much! I am a perfectionist and everything has to be just “so” in order for me to relax. Midphase’s customer service guys and gals are always quick to make sure that my questions are answered. Thanks, guys!
