My first thoughts were something between amazement and pure love. I was so happy to finally have a host company like MidPhase that would put help take my online business where it needed to be. This has been purely amazing to see how awesome the host has been over the course of time.

The fine folks over at customer help were...well...helpful. I guess that is what you expect when you work with customer support people. I haven't needed much help but when I do, I use them liberally.

Reliability is the most important thing to me. I doubt that I'm online in that. I think most people like reliability over any other factor. Well, I'm glad that I have been able to use a company like MidPhase that values reliability as much as I do.

The price is good. It is like that old show with Bob Barker, "The Price is Right". I think I get a good deal, really. I'd probably pay more if they wanted me to! Sshhh...don't tell.

It wasn't too much trouble, from what I remember. It's been more than a year since I went through the MidPhase setup process, though. You might ask someone who has done it more recently to get a better review of what the process is like right now.
