Very good. A good friend of mine told me about them after I expressed problems that I was having with another popular webhost that will remain nameless. My pages were always terribly slow to load, the customer service is horrible, and they spam my email inbox all the time. I’ve even gotten sales calls on my cell phone from them! So far, so good with Midphase, as I have had NONE of the above problems with them so far.

Account Setup Feedback

Nothing really to say here except that I never had any problems at all setting up my hosting account with Midphase. I called to verify all of my information and stuff with the company and they had it all correct and answered all of my questions quickly and easily.

Host Reliability

Midphase hasn’t let me down yet. My old host was horrible. I think that I was on a bad server with another customer hogging all of the server’s resources. Now, I have no problems with my website load times.

Pricing Info

I can’t get enough of Midphase’s pricing and that’s what actually prompted me to write this review. Midphase is one of the most cost-efficient hosts out there right now that I know of, considering all of the benefits that you get from their packages. If you don’t have hosting already or are sick of the hosting that you do have, definitely give Midphase a call.

Final Host Comments

After the bad taste that I had in my mouth from my last hosting company, Midphase has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. I can’t recommend them enough. Even though I have been putting up websites for a few years now, I sometimes get stuck for an answer and have to ask questions. Even though I have not yet had to ask Midphase, I am confident that their staff would be able to help me out if I needed to.

Midphase’s customer service has been great so far. One of the most important things that they don’t do when I call them is to try to “upsell” me on more expensive options. If there is a legitimate need for me to pick up something extra they may suggest it but I don’t get an arbitrary, obvious sales speak about how so-and-so other service will be a “great buy” for me.
