MidPhase Review
Here is what Richard Maiello had to say about MidPhase and the overall experience with their web hosting service.When I first signed up, I was impressed by the friendly, yet competent support that didn't make me feel like an idiot. The next thing that impressed me was the quality of their services. Reliability, speed, and overall support have been consistently excellent.
Account Setup Feedback
Better than average. There were a few minor glitches in the initial setup, mainly due to DNS problems during the migration. They fixed these right away, though. On the other hand, the detailed support they gave and the assistance in migrating accounts were far above average.
Host Reliability
I would have given MP a 10, but that would be reserved for companies that have never had an outage of more than a few minutes. MP has had a few outages since I've been with them, but never more than a couple of hours. All in all, they're still the best I've dealt with in terms of reliability.
Pricing Info
Frankly, I don't know how they offer the quality they do at the prices they charge. They're at least 20 percent lower than other comparable plans.
Final Host Comments
A 10 would be reserved for perfection; and I haven't come across a "perfect" hosting company yet. But MidPhase comes close. Highly recommended.
