I also like their “Healthy Hosting policy” which means that I will be able to use 100% of the space that I’m paying for. They also have a 60-day money-back guarantee which is also a helpful factor in trying out a new hosting plan.

Account Setup Feedback

Site5 advertise a free account setup that I used and it actually was one of the easiest processes I have ever gone through in order to set up hosting for my sites.

Host Reliability

I haven’t had any problems whatsoever since I switched to Site5 Hosting and my sites are loading much faster than they were with my old shared hosting plan (that was more expensive than the one I have now).

Pricing Info

Site5’s pricing is what pulled me in to try them out. You really can’t beat the prices that Site5 has set up for their hosting packages. Because they have a specific limit for sites per server, I know that it’s definitely worth the money since I know that other companies will pack their shared servers with resource-hogging websites that will make your sites load slowly. I haven’t had that problem with these guys.

Final Host Comments

It almost seems too good to be true, but if you want the optimum bandwidth for your money, I’d say that Site5 is the way to go. You might not get the award-winning customer service that some hosting companies brag about but in my opinion Site5 is a better value if you know what you are doing already. If you don’t need your hand held through the entire process and are a little knowledgeable you can save some cash by using them.

Site 5’s customer service is not the best I’ve seen or experienced, but not the worst either. They are not outsourced which is a major bonus for me as well as most people, from what I gather, that are looking for a good hosting company. I haven’t gone through many companies (Site5 is one of three) but I have found that when calling in, their customer services representatives’ knowledge can be hit or miss at times.
