Here is what L Greller had to say about MidPhase and the overall experience with their web hosting service.RIP-OFF
They're linked with an affiliate. There's NO OPTION but to PURCHASE the "PRO PACKAGE" through THEM. They hide behind their CHAT BOX sign-up linked with their affiliate and fail to include that if YOU DON'T CANCEL WITHIN 30 days, YOU FORFEIT THE ENTIRE YEAR'S WORTH OF PREPAID WEB HOSTING. AND, there is a $21.00 charge for DOMAIN REGISTRATION EVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS..
WHEN you go to cancel after 30 days, they send you to their website and their terms of service. THEN you FIND OUT THAT THERE ARE NO, I REPEAT, NO REFUNDS after you have PREPAID FOR A YEAR.
I could not EDIT, REVISE or do ANYTHING WITH THE CPANEL. Finally, I cancelled the affiliate and TRIED to cancel MIDPHASE.
Account Setup Feedback
Domain registration did NOT CATCH that the NAME WAS TAKEN and allowed me to register AND THEN wrote an EMAIL in such incomprehensible English that I thought they meant someone else had taken my name!!!
Host Reliability
I'm still waiting for the cpanel website to work--three months!!!
