They were absolutely wonderful... until they sold to a bigger company. Then their customer service disappeared, and you could no linger get a hold of anyone. And once you did get a hold of someone, they didn't know what they were doing. I think their customer support center in now in some Eastern Bloc country with bad English and inadequate tech skills.

Has been reliable for 3 years, until they sold last year. Then, they did something – transferred my site to another server, or did an upgrade... My email no longer worked properly. I was on email with them (they no longer answered the phone) for over a month before they had my email working properly. In the meantime, I couldn't see any sent messages, and my email would always be offline. It was a mess! When it was finally working, they weren't sure which thing broke it or which thing fixed it. I have several more email addresses, and don't have the patience for them to go through all of them figuring this stuff out. This is all stuff that should have been back-end, automatic, invisible to me, the user.
So now I'm transferring my account b/c I don't want to deal with their cluelessness any longer.
