I didn’t really have any thoughts before I started using Midphase. I reserved my judgments for after I had been with them for a while. I can say, however, that the initial proceedings went very well.

Account Setup Feedback

I set up my hosting account with Midphase fast and easily. What more can I ask for? The website was easy to navigate and I found all the information that I needed to make my decision well before I actually entered my credit card information.

Host Reliability

I’ve never had a problem with my website being offline or even being slow to load. It’s always been very good. I will definitely recommend Midphase to everyone that I know that has websites for this factor alone.

Pricing Info

I’ve seen better pricing than what Midphase offers but I’m scared that if I go to them that the service will be inferior. Plus, the price difference between Midphase and those other places are negligible at most. Midphase is definitely a professional company with a great service for the cost and the other companies that have cheaper prices all seem Busch league in comparison.

Final Host Comments

Midphase is one of those rare internet-based companies that actually still cares about customer service and giving their customers the product that they pay for. As long as Midphase keeps offering this level of service, I will keep being a customer.

I would give Midphase a 10 out of 10 for customer service, but every time that I have called them I have been put on hold for a little longer than I would have liked to be. I do realize that companies have to put you on hold every once in a while, it just seemed excessive a couple of times. However, the customer care people were really nice, in both the billing department and the service departments. They were always able to help me out with any problems I had.
