Account Setup Feedback

My account was setup right away. No complaints until I upgraded to their lousy "VIP Club". That was worse than the regular shared hosting at a third of the cost. I had to waste 3 1/2 days getting the VIP Club account setup, and another 2 days getting the heck off of it again.

Host Reliability

Don't count on your site being online. Just don't. Midphase is good enough for a test bed, but don't plan on having any assemblance of a real website on their servers. You WILL be pulling your hair out eventually & they will NOT go out of their way to help you.

Pricing Info

I gave a high score on this because the price was low. But the service sucks - so does that mean the pricing should get a 7 or a 2? I don't know.

It's cheap. It sucks, but it's cheap.

Final Host Comments

I can't say there weren't times when I felt things were good. Unfortunately, MidPhase seems to have the idea stuck in their head that "If it ain't broke? Break it". What bothers me the most is the complete lack of concern for their customers. Everything seems to be about the person on the other end of the phone, or email. Unless you are very lucky, you will find yourself treated like an annoyance time and again. That a bunch of B.S., and that's why I'm here wasting even more time reviewing MidPhase this morning. Don't do it. You WILL be sorry.
