Midphase was founded in 2003 and has grown to have well over 120,000 customers. Midphase in these years has gone through many changes to their website and currently offer shared web hosting, Ecommerce hosting, reseller web hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated server hosting.

Midphase currently offers a limited hosting account that allows you to host one domain for $2.95. They also have unlimited hosting including unlimited domains, unlimited disk space, and bandwidth. Currently, they advertise $6.95 for this plan, however, upon clicking the buy now link, the cheapest price we could find was $8.99 if you prepay for 10 years in advance. 10 years? Are you serious Midphase? Who in their right mind pays for anything 10 years in advance?

Other than their starter plan for $2.95 for a single website, we aren't impressed with Midphase's pricing schedule at this time.

Midphase offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, however, this guarantee on their site has an asterisk with no explanation as to why. Midphase offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. You will need to contact them within 30 days of first signing up with your intent on cancelling.

Based on the review of Midphase system status updates, they do appear to have problems with their servers for various reasons, however, they do appear to fix the issues rather quickly.

Midphase does not currently offer a community forum for their members to discuss issues or top share tips. We'd like to see Midphase offer 24/7 telephone support and a community forum in the future.
