There is no use to host you web site when IX don't know how to secure it from hackers. I'm a system admin, I does web server/sql server at work. IX claim they have two layers of firewall to protect you. I think that just BS. They reason I go with hosting company so I can get large bandwidth. But the security just horrible and the worst is that when I report the problem the TAC just blaming me for giving out my own password to someone? I'm moving my domain to elsewhere and hosting my own web site in my garage with my new comcast blast cable line:-)

They can handle anything that is not technical.
When it comes to technical, they don't know what you talking about. If you server got hacked, they blame you like you are stupid.
