Very friendly and efficient sales department. They make great effort to answer all questions accurately and provide you with your needs. They assist you in selecting a hosting package that is both affordable and tailored to your hosting demands. They offer sound and expert advice that will save you headaches in the long run.

Account Setup Feedback

The account setup is thorough. I promise a turnaround time of 24 hrs, but I always have my accounts setup within 2 hours when I make my purchase during the day. I will say the service is very prompt. You will receive a detailed email containing all your access information and instructions on how to gain access. They recently migrated to VDeck 3, which is one of the most user-friendly account management systems I have seen. They always have the current version of Plesk running on the VPS.

Host Reliability

I have experienced only one down time since I have been with them for the last 4 years. This was somewhat my fault. I had weak passwords and my VPS was hacked. The downtime was relatively short compared to other companies I have been with.

Pricing Info

Their pricing is great which leads me to suspect that they over sell hosting space. Most people hardly use all the hosting space allotted to them anyway. Their domain names sell at $6.50, which is one of the cheapest on the web. Their hosting accounts start at $5.95, which is also very attractive considering the amount of space they assign you and the number of domain names you can host (10).

overall they offer decent services and products at great prices. I will like to see them strengthen the customer support team and offer more extensive tutorials on how to use their systems. Its OK for me, but my clients run into some challenges, which increases my work load. I

They offer 24hr support. The quality of service depends on the time of the day you call. I get better service when I call at night and the hold time is shorter. They also seem to have their more experienced technicians working the graveyard shift. On holidays, they have a skeleton crew that usually isn't so savvy. The hold time is relatively longer on holidays.
