Firt looks were completely deceiving! They seemed to be a very good value for money based company.
But we were mistaken. From the start, it looked like a disaster waiting to happen. There were two boys (yes, BOYS - they were hardly 19) taking care of the office. One was on the phone and the other was on the computer. Neither failed to greet us.

This was one of the most horrible experiences I've had with domain hosting!
I bought 2 domains for myself and a friend from them at their Bangalore office @ Basaveswaranagar. They promised us the domain login username and password within 24hrs, but it turned to nearly 20 days or more. First they asked us to call them which we did, but they just DO NOT receive ur call at all. When they did, they took us another week to give the right password/username combination (which after another 100 emails).

Horrible, horrible reliability. There's hardly _anything_ reliable other than the fact that they can be highly unreliable!

The best pricing I've seen, but it just goes to prove - Never buy anything that is too cheap, it just might not be true.

They took nearly 3 weeks and countless emails to setup the account. 1 word - HORRIBLE!

I do have to thank them though. They _inspired_ me to start my own company with an intention to give good quality hosting and lowest domain prices. (1to5.us)
