The technical person is never online 24hrs for your help as promised. If he is online in yahoo, he either does not respond or does not know how to solve an issue.
On top of it, once he had to take my password to check if the account is working fine from his side. A week later when I open the main page of my website, it reads "This page has been hacked".
Had to escalate issues multiple times for a period of 10days to get a simple resolutions. I did not have access to the templates.. For that i had to send 3 or 4 mails. Had issues with FTP, for that i had to send mail after mail again. This is just a couple of them. Their technical team is a total nightmare. Only their billing team is online 24hrs to take money from you.

1. I host personal surveys in my site. 3 out of 5 times I had issues. Their SQL server will not be available. They will not inform you if there is a maintenance work to be done. They will just bring it down. If you are lucky, it will be back in an hour. Else... God save.
2. If you try to upload say 40Mb of stuff in one go to your site, it might throw an error saying "Not enough memory." Happened thrice. Once while installing the survey software. Second time while uploading my pictures. You will have to either raise a ticket or wait for 24hrs so for the system to identify that your account has run out of space and allocate some space for you. When asked, they said the space is allocated "On Demand" and hence the issue. If I am entitled for 2Gb of space, why am I not given that on the first day?
3. The AWStats they provide in their control panel does not work. It does not even show how much of disk space I am using. Forget about it showing how many ppl are visiting my site or bandwidth usage.
4. Their control panel is extremely slow. To create a database and a user for that database, it has took me 10 to 15min. If you are lucky, you will be able to accomplish this in 5min.

As there are other providers matching the cost of manashosting. I dont think these guys are great. For a couple of hundred rupees extra, if you can get another provider... Go for it. worth the extra money.

After paying the money, to have my FTP account setup and working, I had to wait for 10days.

DO NOT GO FOR Manashosting. Even if you have to pay a couple of hundred extra, please do that for a peace of mind. Tech team is a nightmare. Their servers go down very frequently and no intimation about the downtime. Templates they promise are total shit again. One template comes with 12 to 15 colors. Move the logo in that template to the right side and you get another set of 12 to 15 templates. This way they provide 5000 templates.
