I am not moving right now just because other hosting companies seem worse and I figure stay with teh devil you know. But, over the last two years they have cost me a lot in terms of time lost and frustration with their incompetent tech support that I would move if I could find a company that actually answers a phone with a person. That's the one good thing about Lunarpages tech support and the fact that, if you push, you can talk with a tier 2 support person. tI keep a list of tech people who are good and bad and I just bypass the bad ones.

They were excellent at first and I still appreciate being able to reach a person whenever I call for tech support. Over the last two years their tech support has fallen through the floor and has cost me a lot of time and frustration that turns into money lost. They have actually altered my settings to what they thought they should be and made things not work - making look like an amateur to my clients. I no longer trust their tech support and my account manager has never helped me at all. But I was able to go up the food chain and talk with tech supervisors who have understood my frustration and now receive much better support.
