My company has been using a very large hosting company for quite a while but I had always heard good things about Lunarpages dedicated servers. I stayed with that other host until they started treating us like second-rate customers. Customer support had become nil and so it was time to move. I went with Lunarpages dedicated servers on the testimony of one of my close friends. I found their website to be functional and it was easy to pick out what I needed. All of their available options were right there so I didn’t have to dig to make sure that they had all the parameters that we need.

Lunarpages' customer service and support are top notch. I tend to be one of those kinds of business owners that worry too much and call a little more than necessary. I’ve always gotten a great response and a quick answer to my concerns with Lunarpages dedicated servers every time I’ve called

This is the reason that I am with Lunarpages dedicated servers. They deliver on their promise of 24/7 human monitoring and name-based parts, which is extremely important to me. If anything does go down they offer fast hardware replacement as well. I use a Linux box but I can’t imagine that their Windows boxes would be any different, if that’s what you need.

To tell you the truth, their prices probably could be a little more reasonable but I’m more than willing to pay the premium knowing that my online business presence is secure and I’m not losing customers for lousy hosting reasons. My last host was cheaper but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. I won’t ever make that mistake again because I have no intentions of leaving Lunarpages dedicated servers.

Everything about the setup was great. From moving everything over to the customer support while it happened. Everything about it went smoothly. We were on the phone with one of their technical support guys for about half an hour and he was very patient and willing to help the entire time.

So far so good with Lunarpages dedicated servers. I’ll definitely be back here to report if anything goes awry but so far I don’t anticipate that happening.
