Simple questions and the people on the phone can help you. Anything else, and they don't have access or authority. They have to have a Junior Systems Admin contact you, and this takes days. Truly, days. I have been with them for several years, and on three occasions my site has been down for days while I wait for their techs to get back to me. HORRIBLE customer service if you have anything other than a simple question.

Most of the time, I don't have problems. As reported, I only have had major problems three times. But when that happens, forget it. Days or weeks to resolve. I am moving all of my domains and hosting services away from them for this reason.
