I first came to Lunarpages on the strength of a pretty good review. I'd say I made a nice choice for sure. Lunarpages was pretty strong at the start and I think they've gotten better. Maybe it's because they have picked up more customers, so they are pouring that revenue back into the host.

Customer support is essential. I like them because they are straight up with you. I don't know that I have ever been put on hold for too long. Being put on hold is bad for business.

Why get a dedicated server that isn't reliable? I know I wouldn't have that if it couldn't guarantee that it would always be there for me. That's why I love Lunarpages. The DS from them has turned my website into something of a power within the industry.

The price isn't bad. It's a dedicated servers system, so I expected to pay something for the service. It could cost more, could cost less. It's just right, IMO.

I don't remember too many snags in the setup process. I like being able to get things done in a hurry. Filling out a long application is for college, not for getting a new host.
