Here is what Joey Abel had to say about BlueHost and the overall experience with their web hosting service.
I first took my business online last year and I didn’t know anything at all about the web or hosting a website online. An acquaintance mentioned Bluehost among a few other website hosting services in a conversation and it was the only one that I remembered so I looked them up. Ever since I started with them I have been extremely happy with the level of service I have received.

Account Setup Feedback

Like I said, I was brand new to online stuff when I started so I didn’t know which way was up when I wanted to put my site online. After a little bit of research in Bluehost’s “Help Center” and a quick call to customer support using their “888” number I was able to FTP my site and have it online in the same evening.

Host Reliability

I don’t remember any time seeing my website go down or function in any way other than the way that it was designed, barring any instances that it was my fault, of course! Bluehost holds up to their end of the bargain for their customers as far as I’m concerned.

Pricing Info

As far as I’ve seen, Bluehost isn’t the cheapest webhost out there, but it is one of the best. The price that they charge is only a couple of dollars more than the cheapest that I have found and if experience is any indicator, cheaper does NOT mean better. I’d much rather pay the extra $3 or so a month and not worry about my hosting than to cheap out and have all sorts of problems.

Final Host Comments

I found this website doing some searching around online and felt compelled to share my experiences with Bluehost because I know there are probably a lot of people out there like me that don’t know where to turn when they want to put their business online. If Bluehost’s representatives can help me do it, then they can help anyone so if you’re new to all this then give them a look.

Bluehost’s customer service has bailed me out of more than one occasion when I needed help badly and for that I’m very thankful. Every time that I’ve called with a question about one of their hosting features that I wanted to take advantage of, I’ve been assisted with patience (probably hard to do since I know so little!) and I’ve been guided in the right direction. Not everyone is a technical genius and I believe that Bluehost realizes that and they train their people not to talk down to their customers but to listen to their problems and help them out as best as they can.
