I’ve always thought highly of LunarPages. I had several shared hosting accounts with them and so when I graduated to a reseller account to service my existing clients’ hosting needs, using them was a real no-brainer.

Account Setup Feedback

Always easy and always fast. Anytime I have a question about something I just call them up. I’m no genius with technical stuff but I know what I want but I’ve always been able to setup accounts fast. I can totally monitor all of my client data to make sure that they are happy as well.

Host Reliability

LunarPages is awesome. I’ve had some bad hosting packages from other companies in the past and LunarPages has been great. I’ve completely branded my own company using their reseller package and they have never let me or any of my customers down with their uptime and dependability. Fast page loads, lots of extras, and professional service.

Pricing Info

I was a little anxious about going through LunarPages when I first started out because their pricing was so low and I don’t like to pay for “bargain basement” services because I’ve found that you get “bargain basement” product when you do that. But that hasn’t been the case with LunarPages and there have been no significant price changes or surprise fees to boot.

Final Host Comments

LunarPages has been a perfect reseller hosting option for me. I can’t think of any reason that I would ever leave them. I’ve only had their shared hosting and reseller hosting plans under my belt so far but I don’t think that they would be any less great with a VPS or a dedicated server. I recommend them any day of the week.
