They used to be good, until this year. It seems they've expanded so much that they cannot fulfill their promises to their customers. Expect lots of downtime and tech support that doesn't really know which way is up.

Takes ages to get a person on the line (didn't used to be this way, but is the case now). Once you get a person on the line, he really doesn't know what's going on, puts you on hold for 10 mins, gives you an inane response saying he's opened a support ticket and a senior admin will get back to you. This process could take days, and the whole time your website is down. I'VE HAD MORE DOWNTIME THIS YEAR THAN IN THE PREVIOUS 12 YEARS put together of my site being in operation.
