They are polite but dont know anything. They always have to check and this helps turn 15-30 minutes initially on hold just to talk to a human into another 20-30 to get a response that the server my sites are on is down. This always seems to be news to the tech dude on the phone. Do they not have server and service monitoring. Does it REALLY take ME everytime something goes down for them be be aware of a problem. The only reason they get a 3 rating is because they are polite at least.

They went down at the beginning of the year for about 2 days... At the end of aug '08 their email went down for 3 days! My customers went freakin APE on me for this.
