I had mixed emotions about LunarPages at first. I didn’t think that a hosting company that charged so little would be any good but I’ve been surprised before and was again. Lunar Pages have been a great host for me for the last 6+ months. I’ve recommended them to several other experiences website developers within that time and they all have similar good things to say.

I don’t think that I have encountered any problems when submitting a support ticket and not getting an answer back in time. I always get the answer that I’m looking for, or if not I just email them back and it eventually gets straightened out. If it’s a time-sensitive issue I always call and get it straightened out immediately with no real problems. Unlike some other, larger hosting companies out there I actually trust the technical assistance I get from LunarPages.

It’s their reliability that really makes me like Lunar Pages webhosting services so much. I always seemed to have problems with other webhosting services but never with them. It’s been smooth sailing every since I signed up. I don’t actually resell my hosting to other people, I just use the account for my own stuff but I wouldn’t have any trouble trusting them for that purpose.

Good pricing for what you get, most definitely. I would still use them even if they were much more expensive but they haven’t raised the rates on me yet. Like I said, their pricing had me skeptical at first but once I tried them I was pleasantly surprised.

LunarPages make it easy to set up your account and have an online presence in minutes. I don’t pay any fees because I pay 12 months in advance so I don’t know how much they (if there are any) are but I know that the staff at Lunar Pages have always been great during my setup process.
