Greenville host has always seemed to be a well-trusted hosting company that values its customers and their businesses just as much as their own. I have found this to be true for me as well ever since I have been using them.

Account Setup Feedback

There has been nothing easier than setting up an account with Greenville host. I can’t think of anything else to put here other than the fact that these guys really take care of their customers, no matter how new or how small their hosting package is.

Host Reliability

What can I say? Greenville host is awesome at keeping their customer’s websites up all the time. At least, they are for me. I don’t see why anyone else would be different and I haven’t heard anything to the contrary as well.

Pricing Info

I think that Greenville host has some of the most competitive pricing for hosting packages out there and believe me, I’ve looked. The pricing for the package I have is completely fair for the level of support and customer service that I receive from them.

Greenville host is a good company to work with, hands down. Never a problem getting in touch with someone fast if I have a problem or a question. Their technical support is really on top of things. When I had a question about whether it was better to use Unix or Windows, one guy stayed on the phone explaining the pros and cons of both to me for over thirty minutes until I could make an informed decision. That, to me, is true customer support.
