I had only heard the name in passing when I came across the site during a search for a new web hosting provider. Since I was so dissatisfied with my previous hosting provider, Bluehost seemed to possess the perfect answers to complement my needs and the necessities that I required in my hosting package. I also liked that I was not obligated to continue a hosting contract with them for any specific length of time so if I become dissatisfied or find a better fit for my hosting needs, I can cancel my plan with Bluehost and move on to something new. However, as of this moment I am happy with the hosting that I am receiving now through them.

Account Setup Feedback

The account setup process took slightly longer than I expected because I am fairly familiar with the process, but I did not have any problems nor did I have to consult customer support with any issues that I encountered upon the way.

Host Reliability

I haven’t suffered any problems relating to the reliability of Bluehost’s hosting services. I think that they are quite reliable. I haven’t noticed if their system is monitored 24/7 but I do feel comfortable with the quality level of the servers used through Bluehost.

Pricing Info

My sites load quickly and I have experienced no downtime since I began my hosting plan with Bluehost. This is a vast change from the unreliable hosting provider than I switched from and I am happy to report that so far, Bluehost has been perfect in this department.

All the other users that I’ve spoken to have agreed that Bluehost is a great, affordable option for hosting that can fulfill all of your needs easily and reliably.

Customer support has been sufficient to answer all of my questions in a faster time frame than I expected. I have also found answers to questions or concerns in the knowledge base or just simply embedded in the information of the site itself. In fact, I have been able to add the support contact information to my MSN messenger list, although I have not used it yet.
