Friendly, Fair, and FRIENDLY (Just in case I didn't mention it). I have never spoke with any organization so willing to help before, and I've spent a LOT of money online over the last 15 years.

Account Setup Feedback

What's to complain about free setup, installation, addons and more? When I told Josh, "I don't know how you guys can price your packages so affordability and still offer free support." He simply replied with, "Simple, we don't charge for stuff you can get for free!"

I don't know if that's the wisest response from a profit or free market standpoint, but it sure makes me happy as a customer.

Host Reliability

I've been a customer for one day now, so take this information with a grain of salt. I know that I did read favorable reviews and that along with pricing were the two big factors in giving Web Hosting Pad a shot.

Pricing Info

Their prices are a lot cheaper than what I saw when I was looking around, and I checked out several hosts since this was my first time with Wordpress MU. I have 3 other providers, one that I've been with for over 6 years and none of the three came close even with my multi-account discounts.

Final Host Comments

I'll come back after I have been with Web Hosting Pad for awhile... who knows, maybe my opinion will change. But I certainly hope not because dealing with them, up to this point, has been my most positive online transaction ever... and I'm not speaking strictly of hosting transactions either. Bottomline, I'm a happy camper right now.

I had the privilege of speaking with a Joshua. He was curious as to what my project was about, and I explained what I was doing and that I would need bbPress in addition to Wordpress MU and BuddyPress. He told me that would be no problem and that they would install and integrate them for free. (I didn't even ask!) Then, he really went above and beyond. When I told him the goal of the site was to use the proceeds to feed the hungry, he told me that since it was such an honorable cause he was going to give me an additional discount. Again, I DIDN'T EVEN ASK!
