I actually hadn’t heard too much about liquidweb until I found in during a search for hosting providers. My first impressions were mostly founded on the specific aspects of their VPS plans. It wasn’t until later that I checked around and most of what was out there about them seemed to be mostly happy customers who would feel comfortable recommending them to others, as do I.

Customer support isn’t the most important thing to me anymore because I’ve learned a lot about how to manage hosting accounts. The thing that is important to me is that problems are addressed quickly and that reliability issues don’t become commonplace. Liquidweb’s VPS hosting package has done both of these things for me.

I consider this to be the absolute most important feature of a hosting company and I am definitely happy with the hosting results I’ve gotten through liquidweb. Hopefully I can continue to be problem-free with my hosting account.

The pricing scales that liquidweb has set up are not too bad and I think they are easily a good deal for the services that are included. I do have to subscribe to a few additional add-ons for an extra fee so that is the only down side in my eyes.

The set up system was self explanatory for the most part and it wasn’t too involved. I was able to get through it in less than 30 minutes and my sites were up with my new hosting service before I knew it. I never enjoy setting up new accounts for anything because it always seems to take forever but this one actually wasn’t too bad compared to some of the others that I’ve seen.

I would recommend liquidweb especially to those who have had a hosting account before. After you figure out some of the downfalls of some of the huge hosting companies that advertise with name recognition to gain those new hosting users, switch over to liquidweb and you will most likely be a lot more happy with your hosting.
