Here is what Don Phillips had to say about StartLogic and the overall experience with their web hosting service.

They are not customer oriented. My site disappeared and they refused to give me any information unless I faxed them a copy of my driver's license because I did not remember what credit card I used two years ago. I have decided to eat the loss for the remainder of the time and use a different host. I would not recommend StartLogic.

My site was totally removed and I still do not know why.
