I wanted the best hosting service that exists for my growing web design firm that I could find since it’s my goal to be the best firm out there. KnownHost is that best hosting solution, in my opinion. They have impeccable credentials and an extremely professional demeanor.

Account Setup Feedback

Although I wasn’t personally involved in the account setup process I do know that our techs utilized KnownHost’s customer support line heavily in setting up our custom hosting and had nothing but positive things to say about the entire process.

Host Reliability

Also unparalleled. I have never felt that our needs have been compromised to meet theirs at any time that we have been with KnownHost. With other hosts, you have to fit within the criteria that they designate and stay within those parameters or pay the price. KnownHost offered us a viable webhosting solution that is affordable, dependable, and unique to our needs.

Pricing Info

When you want to get the best in the industry you know that you have to pay a little extra. If that’s a problem for your business then I strongly believe that you aren’t as serious as you may need to be in order to be competent in the cutthroat world of online business.

Final Host Comments

Simply put, KnownHost is the Mercedes Benz of the hosting world. You absolutely cannot find a better webhost anywhere. There are plenty of cheap webhosts out there, but that’s their downfall as well: they’re cheap. KnownHost is more expensive but they are definitely worth every penny. How expensive will your cheap webhost be when it costs your business thousands when you find out how unreliable they can be? Very highly recommended.

KnownHost's customer support is simply unparalleled. The experts at KnownHost cannot be labeled as “customer service representatives” because they are true website, IT and networking professionals. I’m not the technical guru in my company so I wouldn’t be able to efficiently outline all of the ways in which KnownHost has been able to offer our customers a much broader range of solutions than our competition but I do know that they are there when we need them and that the amount of customization that they are able to implement is incredible.
