This is a friend's recommendation. I bought one hosting from them. Cheap hosting like $15 per year with 1GB space with 10Gb of bandwidth.
My blog used approximately 15Gb bandwidth monthly.

This is the most annoying and ignoring customer support. I feel like they cheat me. If you send any tickets then just hope they reply your ticket.
They will never reply to your tickets.
This one time they can't afford to pay the server they moved to a cheaper server. They did not inform me to backup all the data. Suddenly on the October 2nd, the server is no more than they only have backup from the September 22nd.
I have to go to the goggle cache and copy back all the post that i have done. What miserable is I lost like $90 for this simple thing because I do the sponsored post within the period.
The hosting company does not want to help me and didn't pick up my phone until today.
Hope they will get lost..

Server uptime is 98%
Sometimes the server load and memory ran out. My blog will load after 45seconds.
It is useless when you complaint to them because they will not heard you.
They have the phone number which is the cellphone number but you have to call like 30times then only they will pick up the phone.

Account setup takes 2 days after you make the payment. I think it's slow.
It's like they don't have enough manpower to do all the things.

If you have money - Then go and spend to the other hosting company which are more reliable and more stable. This company can be label as scam.
