Account Setup Feedback

Since I have got a shared hosting account the setup was instant and just after payment checkout - I was granted an access to the control panel and FTP.

Host Reliability

I shall not put the highest mark just because I think my term of hosting is not enough to say objectively if they are 100% reliable, despite of the fact my site have never been inaccessible for any reason. There were some issues with loading speed, though servers were not down for me since the very first day.

Pricing Info

I cannot say Just Host is a cheap provider, but I pay not more than their services cost. They are priced reasonably, according to the services and specs they offer.

Well, I am really satisfied with the Just Host as the provider, as you may see from other feedback, and I recommend it to the people who wish to have transparent and reliable service.

The customer support is very good. When I held talks about signing up, their representative has explained everything I asked about very clearly and replies were instant, if it is possible to say so about the e-mailing. During my hosting time, I have contacted them twice or three times due to insignificant questions I have had, and every time I was helped.
