Here is what George Pearce had to say about Just Host and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I am a previous customer of Just Host, and i Wanted to take the opportunity to say how great my time with them was, because they really are amazing, and the prices were brilliant.
Account Setup Feedback
It took nearly 12 hours for them to format my drives into the RAID setup I wanted and get everything running, but that's understandable for a server with the drives it had (4x320's), and Dale was online every step of the way telling me what was going on.
Host Reliability
My Just Host server went offline once in the whole time I was with them, about 3 months, and that was because they were upgrading me to cPanel 11. Even that was only half an hour.
Pricing Info
Already mentioned this, excellent price for the specifications I got was pretty amazing! Fully managed also, which is a great bonus.
Final Host Comments
In summary, Just Host has excellent support, prices, and very fast. I don't really know what else to say, apart from that my time with them was amazing!

Everything resolved quickly and in a friendly manner, no problems at all. Max response time I think I had was about half an hour, especially on the more important problems. No nasty comments, unlike some, just professional support.
