Here is what Steven Summers had to say about JaguarPC and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I have been with JaquarPC since 2003. Hosting has always been fast and reliable. I am a web site developer. I could run my own hosting server, but I couldn't do it for the price they charge. Anyway, I prefer to spend my time developing sites, rather than maintaining server software and hardware.
Account Setup Feedback
They offer a standard control panel. It's not flashy, but it works.
Host Reliability
I currently have dozens of web sites hosted with JaquarPC. In the past five years I have only experienced one outage.
Pricing Info
Pricing is really good for the disk space and bandwidth provided, specially for volume discounts. Their pricing is not the very cheapest, but it is the best I have found that offers good service.

They have 24 hour support. Even though all their support is done online, most tickets are answered within a minute or two. This level of support far exceeds the telephone support of any other host I have dealt with.
