At first I thought that IX was a good company. I really didn't have many problems. But right before they moved their data center service and support went WAY down.

Chat tech support has never helped on any issue. It always leads to "put in a ticket" after spending hours with them. Tickets never fix the problems I have. Timeouts, slow service, slow database performance, etc...

Servers are slow. Database servers are very slow. The database performance is so bad I can't run a phpnuke site.
