I'm pretty pleased with their service... the online chat often helps.. and the few times we had serious problems with the mssql it took a bit more tickets but they agreed to move us to a newer server which solved our problems

I would prefer NO downtime at all... instead of the short interruptions...I hope these had to do with their recent move to OHIO...Service seems to be improving since the move !
