Urgency has no meaning to those people... the company did a big move and they lost my site.. I managed to restore some , but the folder's were damaged and could not restore the entire site's gallery. I opened a ticket and they ignored it for 8 days... then I requested a cancellation to see if they would do sth.. nothing no response for two days.. then suddenly they canceled the site , placed my account on suspension ... closed the missing files ticket and that is it....

they used to be good.. I think they just got bad technical people and very bad support team.... the hosting plans are nice .. however, without good support and technical supervision your data is not safe..
