If you want your website to be 'up' the majority of the time, then this is not the host for you. I experienced about 75% uptime over the 3 months I hosted with them. Customer service is terrible and so are the managers.

Account Setup Feedback

They wouldn't even move me to a new server because of the problems. As such I rate this horrible as well.

its great if you like 75% uptime. :(

pricing sucks based on the fact that the site doesn't stay up.
