Long wait times were always the case, but help wasn't needed often. Something happened in Feb 2008. My webmail is delayed 3-8 hours and customer service (located in the Eastern Bloc) only responds overnight. Then, no anwwer. Just an apology.

My website seems to run fine, but I NEED MY EMAIL ON TIME! We are customer based and need to respond in minutes, not hours. Also, some email bounces back to me (days later) which is very bad image for us!
