Layout was a bit out of my normal taste but at least it was complete and didn't have any broken links like most I've seen before. But I gave it a shot seeing that they had answered my support ticket about a custom plan.

Account Setup Feedback

Was within 1 hour of my ordering. I must have been lucky as it states within 24 to 48 hours on their site.

Host Reliability

Hosting Zoom are really great people. They are quick to help and do things beyond what they should like uploading my files when I was having troubles with my connection.

Pricing Info

I say a 9 out of 10 only because their pricing on the site isn't affordable for everyone BUT they have custom plans though which I see hardly anywhere anymore.

Final Host Comments

I love Hosting Zoom and plan to stay here a while as I'm happy with my $10 a month plan. I recommend them to everyone!

Great support both through their ticket system and through messengers. They aren't always online but they do respond immediately once available which average is within 12 hours but usually no more than 24 hours.
