They were available 24 hours and answered most question, but they often sound rude and unprofessional. For example, one day I had a problem with telnet not installed in my coumputer, and they asked me "are you using damn Vista?".

I had this for a little bit more than a month, I already experienced temporary problem with their smtp email and downtime. I had a problem with my site one time, which works fine on my computer but not at the web hosting, and I spend more than 10 hours to figure out why but I couldn't. I finally got a different web hosting and I realized it worked fine on there.

I have to admit tha the price is very cheap, Dedicated ip address, disk amount, bandwidth, domain alias, and mssql, you get all of that. You can't find any other hosting site that can beat their price, however I realized that most people don't really use that much of space or band width anyway.

Account setup is quickly done, I did not have any problem with it. The only thing that bothers is when you cancel, they will call you to confirm.

In spite of their terrible customer service, I still believe ixwebhosting is not a bad option for some people who requires lots of space and bandwidth. There are still questions about their reliability, but it's hard to find web hosting that provides that much of features for the price you pay. But I have to tell you this, I have changed my web hosting, which I found after I read number of reviews, and I am very satisfied with this new web hosting.
