Ititial thoughts? Man, that was so long ago, but I think I chose them because my partner Steve had recommended their service. At that time, the Budget Hosting from IX Web Hosting was relatively unknown. Since then, it has certainly grown and I am glad to be a part of that growth.

They do not cut any corners here, which is certainly a nice thing. I have been so very pleased with every aspect of the customer service. On the phone, they are cordial and helpful. Through email, they are very quick and helpful. It's a good thing.

I have never, for once, felt like I had anything to worry about in this regard. Some Budget hosting companies might trim the fat in this category, but not IX Web Hosting. They really are good at making sure your site is always there for both you and your visitors.
