I need help figuring out how to set up a sub domain, which is nothing hard. I wasn't exactly sure how to do it in CPanel... so I ask for tech support. I used the chat system, and was greeted by the automated "how may I help you..." I asked how I would go about setting up a sub domain, explained exactly what I was looking for and I received NO help. I did figure it out on my own. but was shocked at the level of support I received. It was almost to the fact that I was considering switching providers.
