Absolutely horrible. They turned off the site without warning, would not enable it (even so we could get a backup or log into the admin side) for 6 hours, then tried to explain we needed to upgrade to their partner site (at $149/month instead of the $4.99 we were paying) to get the site back online. Total con game.

We received an email from them stating that our site was over capacity (supposedly 'unlimited' plan) and was disabled. It took *6* hours to get an 'engineer' on the phone to even explain to us what the cause was.
